Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with other client’s appointments.
